Assignment Overview

We are currently looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist on behalf of our client in Gothenburg. This assignment is ideal for someone with a strategic mindset, deep recruitment expertise, and the ability to partner effectively with senior stakeholders across global corporate functions.

You will be a key player in driving end-to-end recruitment, providing strategic support, and ensuring delivery of top-tier talent in a fast-paced, international setting.

Key Responsibilities Act as a trusted recruitment advisor to hiring managers within global corporate functions.

Manage full-cycle recruitment processes: job intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations.

Ensure recruitment practices support diversity, equity, and inclusion goals.

Develop and maintain proactive talent pipelines through direct search and networking.

Leverage recruitment analytics to evaluate performance and improve processes.

Required Qualifications Minimum 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in corporate or functional hiring.

Strong background in sourcing and headhunting, especially for senior and hard-to-fill roles.

Experience working in international and matrixed organizations.

Fluent in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.

Proficiency in recruitment systems and data-driven approaches.

Personal Qualities Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

Organized and able to manage multiple ongoing processes independently.

Commercially aware, with a consultative and strategic approach.

Analytical, proactive, and solutions-focused.
