Capgemini Invent SweDFi (Sweden, Denmark & Finland) is growing and looking for aTalent Acquisition Business Partnerto our fast-paced, dynamic and social Talent Acquisition team. Your primary responsibility is to deliver on our yearly graduate recruitment targets. This means you will be in the driver's seat and lead the daily work to attract and meet the targets set to recruit Capgemini Invent's graduate intake for Sweden, Denmark and Finland. This is a responsibility with a crucial impact in continuing securing our growth and position in the market. The role is visible, independent, hands-on and with a broad responsibility, interacting with multiple stakeholders across our target operating model and candidates.

What you will do

• Deliver end-to-end and successfully manage our yearly graduate recruitment within all our capability units and industries in Sweden, Denmark and Finland.
• Be responsible for all stages of the recruitment process, from advertising to signed contracts.
• Work closely but independently with our Head of Talent Acquisition, hiring managers and other stakeholders.
• Secure and deliver a professional and great experience to candidates and all internal stakeholders.
• Develop and further improve our recruitment processes and candidate experience.
• Employer branding: work with our EB core team and team leads responsible for our target universities.
• Administrative tasks such as contract writing and status reporting.
• In addition, when/if time left during the year support our senior recruitment agenda.

Candidate profile

What you will bring

• Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience after graduation from a fast-paced environment. Ideally from a management consultancy working in a similar in-house role, alternatively from a recruitment consultancy or a larger line organization.
• Passion for recruitment, talent attraction, great service mentality, energy, drive, and being recognized as a trusted advisor.
• You have experience from, and are a natural, project manager, adept at prioritizing and getting things done.
• An independent, structured way of working with attention to detail. The role is broad and versatile, so you must be great at juggling multiple activities, seeing and understanding the big picture while at the same time being on top of the small details.
• A flexible mindset and ability to handle rapidly changing prioritization.
• An academic foundation of relevance.
• Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English.
• Proficient in MS Office; Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Experience from Employer Branding activities is a plus.
• Solid experience from head hunting/desk research is an advantage.
