Assignment Description:

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Supply Chain Project Manager to plan, schedule, and manage projects within logistics and supply chain operations.

What you will work on:

Develop and manage detailed project schedules and plans

Conduct material flow analysis and monitor progress across multiple projects

Use SAP, Primavera P6, and Qlik for planning, tracking, and reporting

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery

Analyze project data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities

Ensure compliance with project standards and procedures

Manage deviations and monitor resources to support project execution

Contribute to resource planning and operational readiness for ongoing personnel needs

What you bring:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Project Management, Planning, or related field

Significant experience in project planning and scheduling

Strong analytical, structured, and proactive mindset

Excellent communication skills, able to interact with stakeholders at all levels

Experience with SAP, Primavera P6, Qlik Sense or similar tools is advantageous

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively

Fluent in English (both written and spoken)

Willingness to work on-site in Finspång, Sweden
