Assignment Description

We are looking for a Supplier Quality Engineer

What You Will Work On

Manage supplier qualification, part and process validation activities

Conduct supplier audits and ensure compliance with QMS and regulatory requirements

Drive supplier quality improvements through structured continuous improvement initiatives

Handle deviations and lead root cause analysis and CAPA processes

Collaborate with engineering, sourcing, project management, and business teams

Support supplier onboarding, product introductions, and product transfers

Monitor supplier performance and implement corrective and preventive actions

Ensure alignment between supplier capabilities and product requirements

Execute supplier audit plans and perform technical evaluations

What You Bring

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field

Experience in supplier quality engineering or supplier development

Strong problem-solving skills with experience in root cause analysis and CAPA processes

Knowledge of industrial process control and validation/qualification methods

Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams

Ability to influence stakeholders and drive quality improvements

Experience working in manufacturing, engineering, or quality environments
