Come and join us this summer at Service Management! Service Management is a function within the Sales and Marketing organization for our Business Units Personal Care and Consumer Tissue - cluster North. You will have the chance to be part of the demand planning team that secures forecast in close collaboration with commercial team and supply.

About the Role

Our role is to manage and optimize the demand for Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland and Baltics according to the consumer business requirements. As a demand planner you have the role in translating the commercial needs into accurate demand plans in terms of forecasting towards our producing organizations to fulfil our customer's needs.

This is a temporary position from week 24 (June 2026) to week 33 (August 2026). You will be working on-site at our Mölndal office in Gothenburg, Sweden, and reporting to the Regional Demand Manager.

What You Will Do

• Adjust base and promotional forecast in demand planning system SAP IBP (SAP4Hana).
• Secure correct Phase in /Phase out dates and forecast in SAP IBP based on input from LDM, PIPO2 and TLR.
• Execute correctly informed Phase in/Phase out dates in SAP Fiori to secure statistical forecast generation.
• Weekly analyze Key Performance Indicators like Demand Plan Accuracy and Bias to capture deviation and carry out corrective actions in terms of adjusting forecast.
• Weekly execute SL gap root cause analysis for demand planning
• Monthly coordinate Non & Slow moving process from market side

Who You Are

• Ongoing or completed university education in Business administration or similar
• Experience working with Demand/Supply Planning in a similar role is an advantage
• Previous experience of SAP APO/IBP or similar ERP system is an advantage
• Ability to use Excel as a tool for decision making through various complex analyses
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of Finnish, Swedish or Danish is an advantage.

• Strong analytical skills and a solution-oriented approach towards challenges
