What will you do?

In this role, you will gain a unique "behind the scenes" look at how a global industry leader manages risk and ensures financial integrity. You won't just be observing; you will provide vital support to our auditors and play a key role in our team's daily success. Your responsibilities include:

• Internal Control Testing: Getting hands-on experience by assisting in the testing of internal controls-with a focus on event-based controls-to ensure our processes remain robust and compliant.
• Audit Coordination: Keeping the team on track by preparing audit tasks and requests, managing schedules, and booking essential meetings with stakeholders across the organization.
• System Administration in Workiva: Taking ownership of our audit platform by managing user access, cleaning out comments, and ensuring the digital environment remains organized and up to date.
• Documentation & Process Support: Assisting in updating control documentation and narratives to reflect our business.

Who are you?

We are looking for a proactive student who thrives on structure and has a natural drive for accuracy. As you will be interacting with many different parts of the company, being outgoing and collaborative is key. To be successful in this role, we believe you:

• Are currently pursuing a degree in Accounting or Finance (at least at the Bachelor level).
• Are looking for a long-term opportunity and available to work with us for at least one year.
• Have a sharp eye for detail and a highly organized approach to your work-essential for handling audit evidence and documentation.
• Are tech-savvy, with solid skills in Excel and an eagerness to master our audit software, Workiva.
• Are a strong communicator, fluent in English (both written and spoken), as you will be preparing requests for colleagues globally.
• Are a team player-you are friendly, easy to work with, and bring positive energy to our office in Lund.
• Are reliable, with the ability to work at least 8 hours per week (we offer flexibility to adjust your hours during exam periods).
