Arla Foods now has an exciting opportunity for you to join the Sweden Commercial HR team. You will experience a great deal of variety in your tasks, which we promise will challenge you on a daily basis as well as be highly relevant for your future studies.
How you will make an impact
A main part of the role will be about people analytics. You will be given the opportunity to conduct analysis of HR data and transform data into insights which may form the basis of relevant and impactful people and business decisions. We also believe that you are a PowerPoint ninja, able to create impactful presentations that have a "red thread" with impactful storylines.
As an Student assistant you will work 15-20 hours per week and take on a broad role where you will work closely with - and be coached by - the HR Business Partner. You will also have direct contact with Sweden HR Director. Your exact tasks here will depend on your interests and where you want to develop and the Arla People Calendar activities planned. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with the Arla HR team as well as the Commercial People Managers and their teams and build your toolbox.

- Currently following Bachelor or Master studies in HR, Business, Economics or similar.
- Have at least 2 years of studying experience and at least one year to go.
- Have a learning mindset, are okey with both routine- and ad hoc tasks.
- Excellent command of English, and ideally you also speak/understand Swedish.
- A PowerPoint Ninja who enjoys brainstorming the big picture with a team, but is also able to turn that vision onto a slide/presentation.
- You are agile and quick in your strategy and thinking, and you should enjoy working in a volatile and changing transformational environment. You are proactive, self-aware, and able to maintain integrity, deal-ing with high levels of confidentiality/sensitive HR data.
- You are outgoing and enjoy being part of a wider team, and able to interact with a range of stakeholders
