As a Student Assistant in the Arla Brand Team you will be supporting the marketing team responsible for iconic Arla and Arla Ko products that holds a special place in the heart of Swedish consumers. We are looking for a candidate interested in building strong brands, with great analytical and business skills and interest in media and communication. You will experience a great deal of variety in your tasks, which will be highly relevant for your future studies. As a Student Assistant you will be working 15-20 hours a week with consideration to your education.

How you will make an impact

In the position as Student Assistant, your will be supporting various project such as product launches, packaging design, and communication. You will build strong relationships with internal cross-functional teams across Arla Foods. You will also get the chance to drive your own exciting projects. You will learn to handle several systems & tools, and you will work together with various internal functions and stakeholders.

As a Student Assistant will you also take part within Arla Movement and be responsible for at least one project. There will there be a couple of Student Assistant activities during the year that are designed for you and your development.

What will make you successful

We expect that you are currently studying a B.Sc or M.Sc ideally within Marketing, we will also consider Business administration studies or similar. The ideal candidate should have at least two years of studying experience and at least one year to go. To succeed in this role its key to have strong interpersonal skills and will be able to build great stakeholder relations across the business. The ideal candidate is driven, goes the extra mile and to have a learning mindset. As we work with some of the most loved brands on the Swedish market its essential that you have a passion for brands and marketing.

Furthermore, it is essential that you have

• Analytical skills and a data driven approach

• Structured way of working & a drive to meet deadlines

• Great collaboration skills

• A learning mindset, and enjoy both routine- and ad hoc tasks

• The ability to work independently as well as being a great teamplayer

• Strong IT skills & is open to learn new systems & tools

• The ability to work at our office in Solna during Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays (working remotely may be possible for a few hours, but not only remote)

• High proficiency in Swedish & English
