Role Summary

We are looking for aStrategy Manager tocoordinate, develop, and ensure the implementation of the Strategic Roadmap for Capability Development across theGroup and its four Brands. In this position, you will collaborate with senior and experienced executives from diverse international backgrounds, driving initiatives thatoptimize packaging and meet the evolving demands of TRATON.

Job Responsibilities

As Strategy Manager, you will:
• Lead and coordinate the strategic roadmap for capability development in Packaging, ensuring alignment with the 2031+ vision and translating high-level strategies into actionable implementation plans.
• Work closely with senior managers from each of the four brands, balancing group-wide priorities with brand-specific needs.
• Facilitate alignment and decision-making across international teams to ensure effective cross-brand cooperation.
• Align, clarify, and synchronize the development of interfaces with other Group Logistics clusters and functions, ensuring cross-cooperation and value creation for TRATON.
• Drive strategic alignment at the top management level, securing sponsorship and approval for key capability development initiatives.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and proactively propose adjustments to ensure a smooth and effective implementation of planned capabilities.
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to the Group Head of Packaging, supporting executive decision-making.

Who You Are

We are looking for an experienced, forward-thinking professional who can navigate a complex, multinational, and multicultural environment while driving strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate should have:
• Proven experience in strategy development and implementation, preferably within Supply Chain, Packaging, or Operations Management.
• Strong leadership and coordination skills, with the ability to influence and align senior stakeholders across multiple brands, cultures, group functions, and top management levels.
• A structured and analytical mindset, capable of handling complexity and delivering results in a cross- functional environment.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, adept at driving dialogue, consensus-building, and strategic alignment among senior leaders.

• University degree in engineering, specialized in logistics, with extensive (10+ years) experience within logistics.
• Experience in a multinational, matrix organization, preferably within the Supply Chain Management domain of one of TRATON's brands.
