Job Description:

This position will play a key role in driving new growth initiatives with strategic customers while leading cross-functional internal projects and programs that support long-term expansion. The role will ensure all initiatives and deliverables are executed on time and to standard. Success in this position requires a blend of strategic thinking, project leadership, and customer-centric execution, along with a high degree of flexibility as responsibilities and priorities evolve in response to business needs.

Primary Duties
  • Lead new growth initiatives at key strategic customers, ensuring all customer-specific programs and projects are executed effectively and aligned with business priorities.
  • Manage and execute internal projects and programs that support customer growth, operational improvement, and long-term strategic objectives.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (Sales, Engineering, Product, Marketing, Operations) to ensure alignment, remove obstacles, and drive execution across all customer-related and internal workstreams.
  • Monitor progress and risks across customer initiatives and internal projects, proactively resolving issues to maintain timelines, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Adapt to evolving business needs by taking on new responsibilities, supporting emerging growth initiatives, and continuously improving processes and outcomes.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Project and program management, customer relationship management, account management, or a related role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
