Klättermusen is looking for a passionate and relationship-building Store Manager for our new store in Gothenburg!

Klättermusen is looking for a committed store manager who shares our passion for outdoor life and can take the lead in creating a unique and inspiring store experience. As store manager for Klättermusen, you will be more than just a leader - you will be an ambassador for our lifestyle. Your role involves driving the brand forward, engaging, educating and creating an atmosphere of curiosity and enthusiasm for the Klättermusen brand.

We are looking for someone who has:

Experience leading a team in customer-oriented retail

The ability to ensure outstanding customer service

Deep product knowledge and love of the outdoors to drive sales forward

Driven to meet and exceed sales targets

Experience of being responsible for a store's performance and performance

The ability to build local community and promote the brand through events and promotions

Ability to recruit, train and retain high performing team members

Responsibility for the staff's well-being and a safe working environment

We are looking for you who can:

Demonstrate strong communication and motivational skills

Manage time and work efficiently with strong organizational skills

Interpret sales data and develop strategies based on insights

Solve complex problems with skill and reasoning

Manage inventory and make important inventory control decisions

Be reliable, consistent and friendly
