Your mission
As a Staff Engineer you'll help shape Centra's platform by leading the technical design and long-term vision for your team's domain ensuring its proper place in the application architecture to allow flexible and fast growth. You'll write clean code, mentor and grow our engineers by establishing best practices and raising the bar for technical excellence across the entire organization. You'll partner with Engineering and Product Managers to identify future technical needs and help shape the long-term technical roadmap.

What we're looking for

• A proven track record of designing, building and operating complex services.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A problem-solving mindset and sharp attention to detail.
• Strong experience with GO and software engineering best practices.
