About the Role

Your mission:Lead a cross-functional team of engineers to rebuild Apotea's tech stack in the cloud, starting with Supply Chain, the backbone of Apotea's operations.

What you will do:

- Define the product vision & strategyfor Apotea's cloud transformation; starting with Supply Chain, then expanding to future domains like logistics, customer experience, and fulfillment.

- Bridge business and technology,translating operational needs into clear technical requirements and prioritizing initiatives with measurable impact.

- Hire & lead the teamthat is rebuilding Apotea in the cloud and setting new standards for reliability, performance, and maintainability.

- Collaborate with engineering leadershipto design and implement a scalable, secure, and future-ready cloud architecture.

- Develop the product roadmapand manage tradeoffs between speed, cost, and long-term scalability.

- Ensure cross-functional alignmentwith operations, logistics, and data teams to deliver end-to-end business value.

- Collaborate with AI teamsto ensure the new cloud foundation supports future AI-driven products and automation.

- Establish success metricsfor transformation progress, focusing on operational efficiency, scalability, uptime, and developer velocity.

- Communicate progressclearly and often to leadership and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and buy-in.

- Build and inspire a high-performing team culturethat values experimentation, ownership, and technical excellence.

Who You Are

We're looking for atechnical and strategic product leaderwho thrives at the intersection of cloud infrastructure, business operations, and product innovation.

You'reTECHNICALenough to lead transformation:

- Understands cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), APIs, microservices, and modern data platforms.
- Familiar with DevOps, CI/CD, and software architecture principles.
- Bonus: Experience migrating legacy systems to the cloud or modernizing enterprise systems.

You're aPRODUCT STRATEGISTwho:

- Turns complex business and technical challenges into a clear product roadmap.
- Prioritizes outcomes that deliver real operational and business value.
- Communicates clearly across technical and non-technical teams.

You're aLEADERwho:

- Builds trust and momentum across diverse teams.
- Motivates engineers through clear goals, autonomy, and impact.
- Balances hands-on involvement with strategic oversight.

You're aSYSTEM THINKER:

- Understands how supply chain, logistics, data, and automation connect.
- Can zoom out to align architecture and business strategy, then zoom in to make practical product tradeoffs.

BONUS points for experience with:
- E-commerce, logistics, or supply chain systems.
- Cloud migrations or platform rebuilds at scale.
- AI or automation technologies.
- Swedish language skills (not required, but a plus).
