Are you seeking an exciting and challenging opportunity within the Verisure organization? Consider joining us as a Solution Architect in the Business Systems Domain, based in Malmö.

About the Role

In our Technology organization, Solution and System Architects are embedded within development teams, working closely with those they support. A dedicated Architecture Office coordinates methods, tools, and forums for significant architectural decisions.

We are now looking for a Solution Architect to join our team, focusing primarily on the Business Systems domain, which operates in a web and cloud environment. As a Solution Architect, you will play a key role in one or more Value Streams, collaborating closely with Product Managers and Project Managers. You will own the architectural vision and strategy for your area, working with your team and stakeholders to determine the best architectural direction for both new and existing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate discovery and analysis of new and architecturally significant product and service offerings

• Develop initial architecture proposals based on high-level requirements

• Break down propositions into actionable requirements for teams to conduct thorough analysis

• Collaborate to improve deliverables for Solution Architects across the Technology organization

• Facilitate dialogue and decision-making among Product Managers, System Architects, and other stakeholders
  

About You

To thrive in this role, you are curious, positive, and eager to learn. You are analytical, structured, and feedback-oriented, with strong communication skills , both verbal and written.

Qualifications

• University degree in Software Engineering or a related field, preferably M.Sc.

• Familiarity with architectural frameworks such as TOGAF

• Proficiency in software modeling languages (e.g., UML, ArchiMate, C4) and coding

• Previous experience as a software developer or test engineer

• Prior work as an architect within software development or IT

• Solid understanding of modern, large-scale cloud and microservice runtime environments
