Your Mission
As a Solution Architect, your primary mission is to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will focus mainly on tactical and strategic levels, ensuring that our solutions are aligned with our overall business and IT objectives.

In this role, you will:

• Develop and oversee technical architecture that matches business and IT needs.
• Conduct deep dives into functionality, drives coherent architecture and application consolidation in line with roadmap.
• Support with roadmap prioritization
• Guide and support delivery teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Ensure that new business requests are addressed
• Maintain a high-level view of enterprise architecture and support strategic decisions accordingly in close collaboration with Enterprise Architecture.

Your profile
With 5-10 years of experience as a Solution Architect in a large organization, this role calls for a strong foundation in software development and a proven ability to transform business needs into scalable, effective technical solutions.

A deep and broad skill set enables a natural connection between strategic vision and practical implementation, aligning IT initiatives with business goals.

Expertise in enterprise architecture ensures that each solution contributes to the bigger picture.

Familiarity with complex systems-particularly ERP and CRM platforms such as Salesforce-along with confidence in cloud technologies and modern development methodologies, brings real value to everyday challenges.

Collaboration across functions comes naturally, even in high-paced environments with competing priorities.

Strong communication skills help foster alignment, guide development teams, and navigate differing viewpoints with clarity and empathy.

Leadership is approached with humility, fostering trust and encouraging open dialogue.

A strategic mindset paired with a hands-on, pragmatic approach makes it possible to deliver results that are not only technically sound but also aligned with business realities.

A solid understanding of core business processes ensures that solutions remain relevant and impactful.

Location and travel
Role's location Örebro or Stockholm (Sweden).
