We are looking for a Solution Architect (with a strong Access Module focus) to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our adaptation and engineering experts to design, develop, and deliver solutions that address real-world challenges. You'll play a key part in guiding technical design decisions, ensuring architectural consistency, and continuously improving our frameworks and processes.
What You Will Do
• Work with engineering and software architecture teams to design solutions that meet ADM requirements and align with project strategies.
• Analyze customer needs from LLD/HLD documentation and propose effective, forward-thinking solutions.
• Develop implementation proposals ensuring alignment with established design principles.
• Perform and oversee unit and component testing across various environments (IAT, SIT, UAT, production).
• Apply secure coding practices to maintain system integrity.
• Document workflows and code to ensure clarity, maintenance, and scalability.
• Support acceptance testing, go-live activities, and smooth operational handovers.
• Manage tasks and progress in Jira within SDLC timelines.
You Will Bring
• A degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong analytical skills for solving complex problems and designing optimal solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork across multiple stakeholders.
• Experience and knowledge of EWP, including AM FE, AM BE, and EWP frameworks.
• Proficiency in Java/J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, and Web Services.
• Hands-on experience with microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
• Understanding of IP and cloud technologies.
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and configuration management expertise.
• Ability to prioritize, adapt to change, and drive team efficiency.
• A passion for knowledge sharing, mentoring, and contributing to a collaborative culture.
