Are you an experienced Food Safety Auditor seeking a flexible, part-time consultancy role?
Solenis is looking for a self-employed Food Safety Consultant to perform recurring audits for two globally recognised fast-food brands across multiple sites in Sweden. This is a long-term freelance collaboration with predictable quarterly audit cycles and national travel.
Your Role
Conduct structured food safety audits four times per year per brand.
Ensure compliance with HACCP, Swedish food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and internal quality benchmarks.
Each audit lasts ~2–2.5 hours on site; average workload 6–7 hours/week.
Some evening and weekend audits may occur on an ad hoc basis.
National travel required (mileage, parking, and accommodation reimbursed).
Opportunities to support audits in Norway and Denmark may arise.
Your Profile
Registered self-employed consultant in Sweden.
Proven experience in food safety auditing, preferably in the QSR/restaurant sector.
Strong knowledge of HACCP and Swedish food safety regulations.
Independent, reliable, structured, and professional in reporting.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent in Swedish and English (spoken and written).
Available to start immediately.
