Assignment Description

We are looking for a Software Developer

What You Will Work On

Lead development activities through sprint planning and backlog management

Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and development teams

Define, document, and manage requirements and technical specifications

Develop roadmaps for strategic feature development and delivery plans

Build and maintain solutions that improve team productivity and delivery quality

Ensure delivery of well-tested and high-quality software solutions

Contribute to both frontend-focused fullstack development and process improvements

Support continuous improvement and structured ways of working

What You Bring

Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in software development

Experience in fullstack development, with a strong focus on frontend

Solid knowledge of React, Java/.NET, APIs, and web technologies

Experience working with Agile methodologies, including sprint planning and backlog management

Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions

Strong analytical skills and abstract thinking ability

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Team-oriented, structured, and solution-driven mindset

Relevant academic background in IT, Computer Science, or Software Engineering

Fluent in Swedish and English
