Job description:
  • Ability to manage multiple changes under pressure and in fast paced environments
  • Coordinate end to end change lifecycle: intake, validation, planning, scheduling, implementation oversight, collision and blackout management, and post implementation review.
  • Assess impact, risk, urgency, and dependencies for each change
  • Ensure all changes follow ITIL and organisational governance
  • Prepare and facilitate CAB meetings and document decisions
  • Deep knowledge of ITIL v4 and modern ITSM practices; ITIL certifications preferred.
  • Strong ServiceNow tool experience
  • Technical fluency across cloud, networking, platform, and application layers.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, executive communication, and facilitation skills.
  • Structured, data driven approach to metrics, RCA, and continuous improvement.
  • Customer centric mindset with a track record of improving NPS or stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Ability to operate under pressure and make clear, faster decisions during change.
