Job description:- Ability to manage multiple changes under pressure and in fast paced environments
- Coordinate end to end change lifecycle: intake, validation, planning, scheduling, implementation oversight, collision and blackout management, and post implementation review.
- Assess impact, risk, urgency, and dependencies for each change
- Ensure all changes follow ITIL and organisational governance
- Prepare and facilitate CAB meetings and document decisions
- Deep knowledge of ITIL v4 and modern ITSM practices; ITIL certifications preferred.
- Strong ServiceNow tool experience
- Technical fluency across cloud, networking, platform, and application layers.
- Excellent stakeholder management, executive communication, and facilitation skills.
- Structured, data driven approach to metrics, RCA, and continuous improvement.
- Customer centric mindset with a track record of improving NPS or stakeholder satisfaction.
- Ability to operate under pressure and make clear, faster decisions during change.
