Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Vehicle Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Lead complete vehicle projects with full responsibility for QDCF, ensuring delivery of quality, cost, delivery, and feature targets

Coordinate and align all engineering activities while safeguarding cross-functional solutions across hardware, software, and system domains

Drive hardware development leadership and contribute to software-related topics when applicable

Develop, communicate, and implement operational plans for engineering-driven product development projects

Prepare project designs, controls, specifications, schedules, cost estimates, and plans covering production, transportation, installation, and testing

Monitor project progress and performance against established plans, identifying and resolving operational issues to minimize delays and risks

Identify, secure, and manage the resources required to successfully execute the project

Manage large, complex vehicle projects with significant impact on the business and ensure consistent application of best practices in project management

Coach, guide, and review the work of junior project managers and cross-functional team members

What you bring:

Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in leading automotive projects in both project and line management roles

Strong background in hardware development leadership; software development experience is an advantage

Proven capability to manage end-to-end product development projects with high complexity

Expertise in planning, executing, and controlling engineering-based development projects

Practical experience preparing specifications, schedules, cost estimates, and technical project documentation

Strong ability to monitor and steer project performance, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery

Demonstrated experience managing multidisciplinary and cross-functional engineering teams

Knowledge of industry-standard project management methodologies; professional certification (e.g., PMP, IPMA, PRINCE2) is highly meriting

Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills suitable for influencing stakeholders and guiding teams in complex environments
