Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Technical Writer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Develop and maintain high-quality technical documentation in accordance with defense industry standards and requirements.

Work with XML-based editors, preferably Arbortext, to produce structured and consistent technical content.

Apply Simplified Technical English (STE) to ensure clarity, accuracy, and standardization across all documentation.

Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and other technical specialists to collect and verify technical information.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of documentation processes, templates, and guidelines.

Participate in documentation reviews and ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.

Travel to client or project sites a few days per week to gather data and support documentation activities.

What you bring:

A few years of proven experience as a Technical Writer, preferably within the defense or industrial sector.

Strong skills in working with XML-based authoring tools, ideally Arbortext.

Excellent command of Simplified Technical English (STE) and understanding of structured documentation principles.

Solid ability to interpret and translate complex technical data into clear, user-oriented documentation.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented work approach.

Fluent in Swedish, both written and spoken, with good English proficiency.

Willingness to travel several days per week as part of the assignment.

Based in Stockholm or Gothenburg.

Ability to undergo and obtain security clearance
