Your profile

For this position, we believe the ideal candidate has:

Experience from one of the local OEMs

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Experience in Automotive Interior and/or Exterior Design

Deep experience in one or several of the following areas:

Body-in-White (BIW)

Door Panels

Seats

Center Console

Exterior Lighting

Electrical Engineering

What you will do

As a Senior Team Lead you will play a central role in our hardware projects, with responsibilities such as:

Driving project work forward and ensuring successful delivery

Managing stakeholders and aligning expectations

Acting as a technical role model and subject-matter expert for your team

Coaching and guiding team members in their professional growth
