Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Solution Architect to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Define and design the architecture for a segment of applications/services within the aftermarket operation, ensuring maximal business value from IT investments.

Act as a holistic yet detail-oriented solution/segment architect with ownership for a sub-domain in aftermarket operations.

Work closely with product development teams and the Enterprise Architect to align with strategic direction, established principles, and enterprise standards.

Lead and deliver missions across Integration Architecture, Software Architecture, and Advanced Analytics/AI Architecture to enable scalable, maintainable solutions.

Plan, develop, deploy, and maintain business-driven solutions end-to-end, translating business needs into robust architectural outcomes.

Drive architecture decisions and governance through active collaboration, clear documentation, and consistent adherence to guidelines and standards.

Take functional leadership roles within Architecture, steering cross-team coordination and ensuring coherent solution delivery.

What you bring:

Proven experience defining and designing architecture for application/service segments in complex, business-critical environments (preferably aftermarket or comparable operational domains).

Strong competence across integration architecture, software architecture, and advanced analytics/AI architecture, with the ability to connect these streams into one coherent target state.

Demonstrated ability to work hand-in-hand with product development teams while aligning to enterprise architecture direction and standards.

Track record of leading planning, delivery, and maintenance of solutions with clear ownership and strong execution discipline.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to influence, align expectations, and build trust across technical and business audiences.
