Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Solution Architect to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Lead the design, development, and evolution of backend architectures for complex processing systems.

Guide and support development teams in architectural decisions aligned with a defined target architecture.

Drive the modernization and migration of legacy systems to microservice-based architectures following Domain Driven Design (DDD) principles.

Collaborate closely with architects and developers to ensure architectural consistency, scalability, and performance.

Facilitate knowledge sharing, mentorship, and technical guidance within and across teams.

Contribute to continuous improvement, technical discussions, and evaluation of design approaches.

Ensure architectural compliance with best practices, standards, and long-term organizational goals.

What you bring:

Extensive professional experience (9-12+ years) as a Software Architect or in a similar senior technical role.

Proven ability to deliver high-quality architectural solutions in complex software environments.

Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and mentor teams effectively.

Ability to work independently, taking ownership of architectural direction and implementation.

Hands-on experience in Microservices, Domain Driven Design (DDD), and event-driven architectures.

Practical knowledge of Kafka and related event-streaming platforms.

Experience working within or for public sector authorities (minimum 1 year preferred).

Broad technical expertise and the ability to work across multiple technologies and platforms
