Assignment Description

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager with strong software competence

What You Will Work On

Lead one or several software development projects within product development

Drive planning, execution, and follow-up of project activities

Coordinate cross-functional deliveries across R&D, product owners, and stakeholders

Manage risks, deviations, and dependencies

Present project status in steering groups and other decision forums

Ensure alignment between technical solutions and business value

Navigate a complex organization with multiple internal and external interfaces

What You Bring

Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience

Extensive experience in project management within software projects

Experience as a main project manager in complex environments

Strong understanding of system architectures and software development processes

Proven background in industrial product development (mandatory)

Ability to operate in technology-intensive industries

Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Structured, driven, and confident leadership style
