Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Develop and enhance software applications using TypeScript, NestJS for backend, and React for frontend.

Collaborate closely with UX and design teams to ensure seamless user experiences.

Recommend robust technical solutions aligned with business objectives, user flows, and system architecture.

Take ownership of application deployment, operations, and maintenance, driving continuous improvement in quality, functionality, and efficiency.

Contribute to the team's DevOps activities, participating in the scheduled rotation for operations responsibility.

Present and demonstrate technical solutions to stakeholders and broader audiences.

Foster a collaborative team environment with a coaching mindset, supporting knowledge sharing and peer development.

What you bring:

Proven track record as a team player with strong ownership, accountability, and delivery focus.

University degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent field.

Minimum 7 years of experience as an Application Developer or Architect.

Advanced proficiency in TypeScript, React, and NestJS.

Hands-on experience with GraphQL, Jest, Cypress, and test automation.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across teams.

Fluent in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Swedish is an advantage.

Valid work permit for Sweden (if non-EU citizen)
