Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Service Manager - IT Infrastructure to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Secure the delivery of IT infrastructure services in close collaboration with suppliers

Take full accountability for the lifecycle management of assigned services, ensuring end-to-end delivery that meets business and user needs in a cost-effective manner

Ensure services align with business objectives and deliver expected outcomes

Manage financial aspects of services, including budgeting and cost optimization

Oversee operational supplier performance and ensure adherence to contractual agreements

Develop and maintain service roadmaps for ongoing maintenance and development

Ensure service performance aligns with agreed service levels, costs, and quality standards

Manage incidents, problems, changes, and day-to-day operations to maintain service continuity

Produce regular service reports in line with defined SLAs, KPIs, and roadmaps

Integrate infrastructure services into the Solution Train's Way of Working and align with its cadence

Manage business continuity and disaster recovery planning and execution

Assess and manage operational risks to safeguard business operations

Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies

Foster a strong customer and risk culture, prioritizing fairness and customer outcomes

Promote cross-functional and cross-country collaboration to enhance organizational effectiveness

Lead with the Ikano values, emphasizing simplicity, common sense, and ethical conduct

Ensure compliance with data protection laws and internal guidelines

What you bring:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in technology, economics, or a related field

Significant experience in IT service management, including project and financial management

Proven expertise in IT infrastructure domains such as servers, storage, databases, networks, security, and cloud (IaaS/PaaS)

Demonstrated ability to manage and negotiate with vendors in complex, multi-vendor environments

Experience leading teams and planning personnel resources in multicultural organizations

Solid understanding of agile methodologies, cloud platforms, open-source technologies, and digital services

Business-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and service development

Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and external partners

Demonstrated leadership qualities-proactive, coaching, and inspiring

Experience in regulated industries such as financial services is an advantage

Proficiency in English (spoken and written) sufficient for international collaboration
