Key responsibilities

Facilitate agile ceremonies across technical, cross-functional teams

Provide hands-on coaching to enhance agile mindset and practices

Collaborate closely with Product Owners and Line Managers to align delivery with business goals

Promote self-organization, ownership, and sustainable work processes

Use tools like GDQ to assess and strengthen team collaboration

Lead and support change initiatives, driving continuous improvement

Ideal candidate profile

Several years of experience as a Scrum Master and/or Agile Coach, especially in technical environments

Proven success in developing self-organizing teams

Fluent in both English and Swedish

Deep understanding of agile frameworks and their practical implementation

Technically savvy and confident participating in technical discussions

Experience with GDQ or similar team development tools is a plus

Excellent communicator with strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
