Assignment Overview

We are looking for a Senior Scrum Master / Agile Coach

What you will work on

Lead cross-functional teams in agile delivery of data management solutions

Coach teams on agile practices and ensure effective adoption of Scrum / Kanban principles

Facilitate ceremonies, remove impediments, and promote continuous improvement

Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and delivery of business value

Lead and coordinate offshore teams, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration

Support teams in achieving objectives and creating measurable value

What you bring

Minimum 7 years' experience as Scrum Master or Agile Coach

Strong understanding and practical experience with agile methodologies

Experience leading teams in industrial or data-intensive environments

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Fluent in English, both written and spoken

Ability to take initiative and actively contribute to team value creation
