Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Scrum Master to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Serve as the Scrum Master for a distributed software engineering team, facilitating Agile ceremonies and ensuring efficient team collaboration

Coordinate and align work between team members located in Bretten, Germany, and Stockholm, Sweden

Support program execution within a SAFe framework, managing cadenced Program Increments and sprints

Utilize Azure DevOps for team planning, backlog management, and progress tracking

Foster a culture of continuous improvement, open communication, and strong collaboration across the distributed team

Potentially contribute to development or testing activities, depending on your technical background and expertise

What you bring:

Proven experience as a Scrum Master within software engineering, preferably in big data, complex systems, or industrial domains

Demonstrated ability to manage and support distributed teams effectively

Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and hands-on experience working within a SAFe program structure

Proficiency with Azure DevOps for planning and tracking team activities

Excellent collaboration, facilitation, and communication skills

Fluency in English, both spoken and written

Willingness and ability to travel between Sickla, Sweden, and Bretten, Germany, as required

Bonus: Familiarity with the team's tech stack, including C#, .NET, Windows, Kubernetes, and Python
