About the Assignment
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead a business transformation initiative within the Technical Communication area. You will coordinate stakeholders across functions and geographies, manage complex technical and organizational dependencies, and secure successful delivery of new processes, tools, and ways of working. The environment is documentation-intensive and closely connected to factory and end-user needs, with collaboration spanning business, IT, and tool development.
Job DescriptionLead and structure the project organization based on defined deliverables, including roles, responsibilities, and objectives.
Define, communicate, and manage project scope, objectives, and deliverables based on stakeholder requirements.
Plan, execute, and follow up a deliverable-based project plan, ensuring clear governance, documentation, and reporting.
Manage project budget and resources, and proactively handle risks, issues, and dependencies.
Coordinate cross-functional collaboration across manufacturing, central functions, and technical communication teams to ensure alignment and adoption.
Drive change management activities, including communication and engagement planning to support new ways of working.
Translate business needs into technical requirements and act as the bridge between business and IT.
Plan and manage quality activities to meet project requirements using appropriate processes, methods, and tools.
RequirementsSenior-level experience leading complex projects with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional dependencies.
Strong understanding of technical documentation processes and content consumption from an end-user and factory perspective.
Experience with documentation and translation workflows.
Knowledge of templates, structured content, and different document types.
Familiarity with CMS and XML-based authoring environments.
Understanding of metadata structures and governance.
Experience with SAP equipment structures.
Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and coordinate effectively between business and IT.
Understanding of the link between knowledge management and technical documentation.
Fluent in English and Swedish.
Nice to haveExperience with Windchill.
Experience with Arbortext.
Experience with SAP.
Experience with Poka.
Experience with SharePoint.
