About the Assignment
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead customer-facing initiatives within the automotive industry. In this role, you will oversee delivery for specific vehicle applications, advanced engineering projects, and sales-related programs. You will ensure that project execution is aligned with customer requirements regarding quality, timing, and cost, while coordinating engineering collaboration across teams in Sweden and China.
Job DescriptionLead and execute customer projects, primarily within the automotive industry.
Manage projects against agreed targets for timing, quality, and cost.
Act as a subject matter expert in project execution and technical discussions with commercial and sales stakeholders.
Coordinate and lead internal expertise in RFI and RFQ responses.
Drive resolution of project issues by securing agreed solutions between teams in Sweden and China.
Manage key decision points and proactively mitigate risks to ensure successful outcomes.
RequirementsUniversity degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
Project management experience within Electric Drive systems.
Experience working within the European automotive context.
Strong background in technical sales support.
Fluency in spoken and written English.
Nice to haveIntercultural experience from China/Asia.
