Do you have extensive experience in driving change in ongoing production and a passion for developing stable and efficient processes? Then this could be your next challenge.
We are now looking for a senior project manager for a long-term and socially important assignment within the defense industry in Gothenburg. You will play a key role in developing and coordinating processes for engineering changes in running production. This role involves broad responsibility - from initiating product development activities to establishing structure, defining roles, and creating effective ways of working across the organization.
As project manager, you will lead a program of initiatives aimed at improving product and process quality, while ensuring a stable and scalable production environment. You will report to the Head of Projects and Planning and work closely with both the development and production departments.

You enjoy working in technology-driven environments and have a structured mindset. At the same time, you are communicative, attentive, and comfortable navigating complex organizations.
Experience from the defense industry is considered a strong merit but not a requirement.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
Minimum 10 years of experience in senior roles within product or production development
Proven experience in implementing engineering changes in ongoing production
Skilled in leading and coordinating teams in change and improvement initiatives
Solid background in change management and implementing new ways of working
Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English, spoken and written
