Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Lead and manage a large-scale migration project, moving an extensive on-premises email environment to a cloud-based solution.

Plan, execute and follow up on all phases of the project, ensuring delivery according to scope, budget and timeline.

Coordinate and guide the project team, ensuring alignment, progress and efficient collaboration.

Report regularly to the steering group, providing clear updates, risk assessments and decision material.

Ensure that the receiving organization is fully prepared to take over and operate the new solution.

Drive change management activities to secure adoption, communication and smooth transition.

Collaborate with external suppliers and internal stakeholders to secure high-quality project execution.

What you bring:

At least 7 years of experience in technical IT project management.

At least 3 years of experience in change management within IT-related initiatives.

Experience leading large migration projects in organizations with 1000+ employees.

Strong ability to plan, follow up, manage risks and communicate progress effectively.

Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Experience working with cloud-based service migrations.

Experience with Exchange on-prem and Exchange Online.

Knowledge of hybrid environments and integrations with Microsoft 365
