Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager - Data Harmonization & Asset Information Governance to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Lead a large-scale initiative to harmonize spare parts and asset data across multiple business areas within a global industrial organization.

Drive the development of common data standards, governance frameworks and unified processes for asset and spare parts information.

Oversee the design and implementation of a shared data warehouse supporting a significant and diverse asset portfolio.

Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle-from early concept and scoping through design, development, migration, and final implementation.

Coordinate development of standardized data models and ensure alignment across business and IT stakeholders.

Lead data migration activities and ensure smooth adoption of new data structures, systems, and workflows.

Facilitate collaboration across cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment between business needs, IT capabilities and governance requirements.

Drive change management efforts, communication, training and stakeholder engagement to support successful rollout and long-term adoption.

Assess cybersecurity risks and integrate security and compliance considerations throughout the project.

What you bring:

Senior-level experience as a Project Manager with a track record of delivering complex IT and data-driven projects.

Deep understanding of data governance, data quality, data modeling and data warehousing concepts.

Strong domain knowledge in asset management and spare parts information management.

Proven ability to manage large, diverse stakeholder landscapes in global or multi-entity organizations.

Strong facilitation, communication and change management skills, with the ability to drive alignment across technical and business functions.

Experience with application development and implementation methodologies.

Cybersecurity-oriented mindset, with experience leading or participating in risk assessments and compliance activities.

Experience in the energy sector is an advantage.
