We are looking for a Senior Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
Support the project manager in planning, coordinating, and tracking activities within a major system and process transformation program in People & Culture.
Collect, consolidate, and communicate status updates from stakeholders across multiple sub-streams.
Follow up on delegated tasks, dependencies, and deadlines to ensure progress and alignment.
Facilitate communication with IT teams regarding system-related questions and deliverables.
Contribute to process harmonization and system decoupling activities.
Enable engagement, trust, and clarity through a human-centered and data-driven approach.
Maintain and update project plans, risk logs, and documentation as needed.
Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and distribute meeting notes.
Support change readiness activities and help strengthen organizational preparedness for the transition.
Provide administrative and coordination support for strategic and tactical decisions.
Foster a collaborative project culture and promote effective teamwork across functions.

Solid understanding of HR systems and HRIT/HR digitalization.
Experience coordinating change initiatives or transformation projects, preferably within HRIT.
Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills.
Experience working with stakeholders at different levels of the organization.
Leadership experience and the ability to build and facilitate effective teams.
Fluency in Swedish and English
