Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Power Systems Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Lead delivery projects up to 70 MSEK for a major customer in the energy sector, ensuring successful execution from start to finish.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships while ensuring full compliance with contractual, technical, safety and quality requirements.

Monitor project progress, milestones and financial performance to deliver agreed scope on time, within budget and to expected quality levels.

Coordinate and motivate multidisciplinary engineering teams across electrical design, control systems, testing, material supply and assembly.

Drive improvements in project management practices by collaborating across departments and sharing experience and best practices.

Ensure effective cost control, resource planning and risk management throughout project execution.

What you bring:

Proven experience managing delivery projects, preferably supported by a university degree in engineering or a related technical field.

Project management certifications (e.g., PMI) are advantageous.

Strong understanding of power systems and electrical engineering, or the ability to quickly acquire the required technical knowledge.

Excellent leadership and communication skills with a collaborative, structured and results-oriented approach.

High commercial awareness, strong self-drive and the ability to manage complex stakeholder environments.

Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
