Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Method Engineer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Work as a Method Engineer within an R&D unit focused on energy storage and charging solutions

Develop repair methods for workshop operations related to high-voltage systems in battery electric trucks

Define and document repair concepts for propulsion batteries and high-voltage wiring harnesses

Ensure repair and maintenance requirements are considered early during the concept development phase

Collaborate with R&D, service, and workshop stakeholders to ensure feasible and safe service solutions

Contribute to structured method development aligned with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements

Participate in activities requiring background and security checks as part of the assignment

What you bring:

Fluent Swedish and English at a professional technical business level

Experience working with high-voltage systems in vehicle applications (meritorious)

Experience from the heavy vehicle segment (meritorious)

Background from service workshop environments or service engineering (meritorious)

Structured and analytical working style with strong attention to safety and quality

Ability to collaborate across functions within R&D and service organizations
