We are seeking an IT Project Manager with extensive experience to plan and manage multiple IT initiatives in parallel, across teams and areas. This is one-year consultancy consultancy contract.

They operate in a diverse workplace with a strong focus on teamwork, innovation, and effective delivery across multiple IT and business initiatives.

Expected Outcome:

Delivery of IT project initiatives with a focus on CRM and adjacent systems, ensuring business and technical requirements are met.

Role & Responsibilites:

Lead initiatives and tasks to completion across teams

Align teams and stakeholders on project priorities

Track timelines, plans, and deliverables

Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications

Support development teams and escalate risks when necessary

Report on progress, dependencies, and risks to stakeholders

Collaborate with Project Managers, Product Owners, and other technical teams

Mandatory Reqiremnts

IT Project Management Expert: Proven experience managing large-scale IT projects, system transformations, or migrations

Ability to set project goals, manage scope, timelines, and dependencies

Experienced in test, cutover, and go-live activities

Strong communication and reporting skills to technical and non-technical stakeholders

Experience with CRM systems, Salesforce, APIs, Middleware, and multi-provider environments

Desired Skills

Sequencing of CRM task execution

Data mapping and flow design

Customer support and sales process knowledge

Solution design, system architecture understanding

Salesforce platform knowledge and admin skill

Note: Flexible workplace, with partial presence required on-site.
