Job descriptionWe are looking for an experiencedSenior IT Project Managerto drive the successful delivery of large-scale transformation and implementation programs within complex enterprise environments. You will play a key role in leading cross-functional teams, ensuring strong governance, and delivering high-impact, data-driven outcomes.
Location: Malmö, Sweden
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale transformation and implementation projects
- Manage complex programs within enterprise-level environments
- Drive program governance, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic priorities
- Oversee planning, execution, risk management, and delivery performance
- Engage and influence senior stakeholders across business and IT
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional and distributed teams
- Ensure adoption of Agile (Scrum, SAFe) and/or hybrid delivery methodologies
- Drive data platform initiatives, ensuring scalable and high-quality solutions
- Monitor KPIs and enable data-driven decision making
- Ensure effective use of delivery tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project)
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience managing large-scale, complex programs in enterprise environments (4-10 years of experience)
- Strong background in transformation and system implementation projects
- Expertise in stakeholder management at senior/executive level
- Solid experience with data platforms / data-driven environments
- Deep understanding of delivery frameworks:- Agile (Scrum, SAFe) - Traditional methodologies (PMI, PRINCE2)
- Strong governance, risk, and dependency management skills
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and MS Project
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- English is mandatory. Swedish is a strong plus
Nice to Have
- Experience in digital transformation programs
- Exposure to cloud and modern data architectures
- Relevant certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe)
