Assignment Overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager

What You Will Work On

Define project scope, objectives, milestones, and key deliverables.

Manage project stage gates and governance processes.

Track delivery progress and ensure alignment with planned milestones.

Oversee design, development, testing, and readiness activities.

Coordinate testing phases including SIT, UAT, and regression testing.

Drive communication between business stakeholders, IT teams, and partners.

Support user adoption, training coordination, and business readiness.

Ensure documentation, knowledge transfer, and structured handover.

Coordinate go-live planning and cross-team cutover activities.

Support hypercare and post-implementation stabilization.

Close the project formally including lessons learned and reporting.

What You Bring

Proven experience managing complex IT or business transformation projects.

Strong understanding of structured delivery models, governance, and stage gates.

Experience coordinating testing cycles such as SIT, UAT, and regression.

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and parallel delivery streams.

Strong communication and facilitation skills across business and IT teams.

Experience leading projects through go-live, cutover, and hypercare phases.

Structured and organized approach to documentation and knowledge transfer.

Ability to work independently within established governance frameworks.

Experience working in large enterprise environments is beneficial.

Background in financial systems, ERP, or workflow-related projects is a plus.
