Assignment Overview

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst

What you will work on

Maintaining well-defined user stories, including priority, status, stakeholder requests, acceptance criteria, and relevant documentation

Defining clear and testable acceptance criteria and ensuring requirements are understood by both business and development teams

Ensuring that features, requirements, and solutions are clearly communicated across teams

Conducting user acceptance testing, participating in defect analysis, and supporting feature implementation and impact analysis

Creating mockups, wireframes, and visualizations to support feature development and maintain high-quality backlog items

Supporting the definition of epics and contributing to backlog prioritization

Facilitating sprint planning, backlog refinement sessions, retrospectives, and lessons learned workshops

Collaborating closely with developers and architects to clarify requirements and support solution design

Acting as a key knowledge holder for workshop-related business processes, including spare parts ordering, catalog management, delivery flows, diagnostics, software downloads, warranty, and insurance processes

Maintaining strong knowledge of warranty flows from both workshop and OEM perspectives

Supporting integration initiatives, including dealer management systems setup and integrations

Supporting the vehicle software release process, including installation of software in vehicles and compliance considerations

Performing data analysis using Power BI to support feature prioritization and data-driven development

Supporting system portfolio demos, audits, and cross-functional initiatives

Driving structured problem-solving across business processes and system domains

What you bring

Minimum 10 years of documented experience in the automotive aftermarket domain

Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst in complex system environments

Deep understanding of workshop processes and operational challenges

Strong knowledge of spare parts processes, from catalog creation to delivery flows

Solid understanding of vehicle diagnostics, warranty management, and vehicle software release processes

Strong knowledge of business processes and systems integrations, including dealer management systems

Experience participating in or managing system integration projects

Ability to gather, document, and translate business requirements into actionable development tasks

Experience defining clear acceptance criteria

Experience creating mockups, wireframes, and process diagrams

Experience working within Agile development environments

Experience using Power BI for data analysis and reporting
