Assignment Description

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst

What You Will Work On

Define, refine, and document requirements for web development teams

Translate business needs into clear, structured, and actionable requirements

Collaborate closely with development teams and an established UX team

Take ownership of one or multiple backlog areas

Create clarity and structure in a setting with evolving or undefined processes

Support delivery in a deadline-driven Q3 timeline

What You Bring

Solid experience working as a Business Analyst

Experience with financial systems or web-based financial applications (e.g., accounting, closing, tax systems)

Strong ability to work in environments with immature or unclear requirement processes

Self-driven, proactive, and able to ramp up quickly

Comfortable working in high-tempo environments with clear delivery expectations

Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
