As Senior Financial Analyst in our Stockholm office, you will take ownership of cost follow-up across Acne Studios, with a focus on OPEX and personnel costs, while driving accurate reporting, clear analysis, and ongoing improvements to strengthen cost control and business performance.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

As Senior Financial Analyst your main contribution will be to ensure accurate cost management and deliver clear, actionable financial insights across Acne Studios. You will report to FP&A Manager. You will play a vital role in strengthening cost control and business performance by:

• Lead cost follow-up across all departments, analysing deviations, delivering reports and ad hoc insights, and presenting clear commentary to management
• Enable cost center owners to understand their costs and drivers through regular dialogue and proactive support
• Own and develop recurring reports and Power BI dashboards that are structured, scalable, and actionable
• Support decisions with financial modelling and scenario analysis, providing a solid analytical foundation for management
• Drive the OPEX budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring submissions are challenged, aligned, and consolidated into a reliable plan
• Improve and automate reporting flows using Power BI, Excel, and AI-supported tools to increase efficiency and free time for deeper analysis
• Collaborate with stakeholders and IT to build scalable data structures and processes that enable accurate and efficient cost follow-up

Specific experience and knowledge for this role:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years' experience in Business Controlling, Financial Analysis, or similar; cost follow-up experience is a plus
• Strong Excel and Power BI skills (data modelling, DAX, Power Query) and comfortable working with large datasets and AI-supported tools
• Interest in AI-driven workflows and automation to improve efficiency and output quality
• Strong English communication skills and experience presenting clear, insight-driven narratives
• Solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial KPIs
• Experience in luxury fashion or retail is a plus.
