Syncro Group is a listed tech group with companies active in influencer marketing, campaign management, and recruitment. We develop platforms that connect creators, brands, and agencies - and we're in a phase of rapid development and product expansion.
We are now looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to help us build, automate, and scale our AWS infrastructure.

About the Role
You'll play a key role in our tech team, working closely with developers and UX to drive efforts around CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, and operational reliability. The role involves both building new infrastructure and improving existing environments. You'll work closely with product and development in an agile and solution-oriented setup.
Key Responsibilities
Design and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure in AWS
Automate deployment workflows and CI/CD pipelines
Work with container and serverless technologies
Implement monitoring, logging, and observability tools
Support development teams with infrastructure and environments
Object-oriented programming in JavaScript, PHP, or Python
Our Tech Stack (Examples)
Compute & Containers: ECS, Lambda, EC2, Docker
Storage & Databases: S3, RDS, ElastiCache
CI/CD: GitHub Actions, Serverless Framework
Monitoring & Logging: CloudWatch, Elastic Stack
Networking & Security: IAM, VPC, Route 53
What We're Looking For
Solid experience with DevOps and cloud infrastructure (AWS)
Proficiency in object-oriented programming language such as JavaScript, PHP, or Python
Experience working with CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and automation
Hands-on experience with containers or serverless environments
Ability to take ownership and proactively drive improvements
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with databases, testing tools, or DNS configuration
