Om jobbet

Are you a commercially minded finance professional ready to influence strategic decisions and drive profitable growth?

At Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP), we are more than 42 000 passionate people working across 31 countries to serve customers and communities by making, moving and selling some of the world's most loved brands. In Sweden, we're a team of 750 colleagues headquartered in Jordbro, Stockholm, representing iconic global brands like Coca-Cola, Fanta, Sprite, Powerade and Monster Energy - and beloved local brands like bonaqua and Mer.

We're now looking for a Senior Business Controller to join our Away From Home (AFH) business unit, where we work with customers such as Convenience, Fast Serve, HoReCa (hotels, restaurants, and cafés), Travel & Leisure, etc. In this key role, you'll be the strategic financial partner to our National Sales organization, supporting decision-making, driving performance and helping shape the commercial direction of one of our most important channels.

Your Mission

As Senior Business Controller, you will be the closest financial advisor to the Channel Director and Key Account organization. You'll combine strong financial expertise with commercial acumen, providing insights that drive growth, profitability and long-term value.

You will play a central role in translating strategy into financial outcomes - challenging, supporting and influencing the business while ensuring strong financial governance. With high involvement in both commercial and financial initiatives, you'll make a clear impact on how we go to market and grow sustainably.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

Act as a trusted sparring partner to the Channel Director and Key Account Managers

Own financial performance management for the AFH channel, including result follow-up

Lead the annual budgeting process and monthly forecasting for the commercial area

Deliver financial analyses and business cases to support strategic and operational decisions

Identify opportunities to improve profitability, reduce cost and optimize our route-to-market

Continuously review and challenge commercial performance together with Sales

Develop and customize financial analysis tools and ways of working

Drive change and innovation in line with business and finance strategy

Participate in cross-functional country, FBN (France, Benelux & Nordics) and CCEP-wide projects

You'll work in a matrix organization with close collaboration across Corporate Finance, Supply Chain Finance, Shared Services and other stakeholder teams. The role is based at our production site and HQ in Jordbro, Stockholm, with the possibility of hybrid working.

What You Bring

Master's degree in Finance, Business or equivalent

Solid experience from a finance or commercial business partner role

Strong understanding of FMCG and key commercial/financial drivers

Proven ability to influence and impact decision-making at senior levels

High ownership mentality and accountability for business performance

Experience managing change in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Strong analytical skills combined with a pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset

Experience with SAP or other ERP systems and advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills

Clear and confident communication and presentation skills

Fluency in English; Swedish is highly desirable

To succeed in this role, you are curious, resilient and comfortable navigating complexity. You combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution and thrive when working close to the business. You build strong relationships, challenge respectfully and always strive to improve how things are done.

We value a diverse workforce and welcome you to apply regardless of gender, age or ethnicity.
