Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Business Architect to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Develop and maintain an enterprise-wide view of the product development landscape

Clarify the current and target state of the business architecture and define future scenarios

Align processes, capabilities, data, and governance across the organization

Position an internal support tool within the broader enterprise architecture and ensure strategic fit

Create and communicate clear architectural models to guide decision-making

Identify structural gaps, improvement opportunities, and practical transition paths

Support long-term strategic planning by acting as a trusted advisor to stakeholders

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive clarity, structure, and alignment

What you bring:

Several years of experience as a Business Architect, Enterprise Architect, or similar strategic role

Strong ability to visualize, simplify, and communicate complex structures

Proven experience modelling business capabilities, processes, and information flows

Ability to define target architectures and outline actionable transition roadmaps

Background working in large, complex organizations with many stakeholders

Excellent facilitation skills and ability to bring clarity to ambiguous or evolving environments

Strong communication skills and fluency in English and/or Swedish
