Assignment Overview

We are looking for a Senior Automation (PLC) Engineer

What You Will Work On

Develop and implement automation software according to established specifications (SDS, FRS/FDS, electrical drawings, P&ID, Scope of Supply)

Program PLC systems using STL, LAD, FBD, and SCL

Work within control platforms such as Siemens S7, Allen Bradley, B&R, or equivalent

Apply model-based development using MATLAB, Simulink, Stateflow, and Embedded Coder

Design and implement new software functionality based on own architecture and design

Produce and maintain technical documentation (SDS, FRS/FDS)

Develop validation strategies and define software test plans

Execute testing, updates, and manage version control

Ensure structured code and compliance with defined standards

Participate in and lead technical design reviews

Contribute to FAT, commissioning, and troubleshooting (remote and on-site)

What You Bring

Extensive experience in PLC programming and industrial automation

Strong ability to work independently with design responsibility

Experience leading technical work in multi-project environments

Solid knowledge of structured software development and control systems

Experience with model-based development tools

Strong documentation, validation, and quality assurance capabilities

Leadership skills with mentoring experience
