Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Associate Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Support system design projects and tenders within HVDC, managing scope, budget and schedule while ensuring all quality requirements are fulfilled

Apply proactive project management and strong analytical skills to drive progress and resolve challenges

Coordinate and represent the System Design team in cross-functional meetings across the HVDC organization

Participate in technical design reviews and contribute to technical problem-solving activities

Lead the technical coordination of System Design deliveries, managing risks and identifying opportunities to optimize time, cost and quality

Facilitate efficient communication and alignment between engineering teams, stakeholders and project functions

What you bring:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering

Experience in project management within engineering environments, preferably with system delivery projects or tenders

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in diverse and multicultural teams

Structured, flexible and solution-oriented approach to leadership and problem solving

Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage

Knowledge of HVDC system design or HVDC project management is considered an asset
