More specifically, we work with leading corporations and Private Equity firms on strategic topics, focused on our core platforms Capabilities-Driven Strategy, Fit for Growth and Deals Strategy. Example assignments with corporate Clients include strategic review, growth strategy, market expansion, profit/margin improvement, and operating model design. For Private Equity firms, we support with commercial due diligence, market study and PortCo value creation strategy and business plan.

Responsibilities

We are always on the lookout for exceptional talent and are currently seeking experienced professionals of varying seniority to join our team and become part of our local growth journey.

Senior Associate - 2-5 years of relevant work experience

Senior Associates work with Clients through all stages of consulting projects by identifying major challenges, generating improvement hypotheses, structuring and performing analyses, drawing insights and identifying pragmatic solutions, and making strategic recommendations.

Senior Associates are often end-to-end responsible for a work stream within the project working as a valued and trusted contributor in both internal and Client settings. You will get the opportunity to manage Client team members and/or a team of junior consultants and you will work across a variety of industries and functional areas in a dynamic international setting.

Manager - 5 - 8 years of relevant work experience

Managers directly manage teams as engagement leaders, demonstrating strong project and people management skills. Managers are responsible for driving overall project progress, solving complex Client and business issues, and handling stakeholder communication both internally and externally. They hone their Client management skills as the day-to-day relationship owner, and have the opportunity to coach junior consultants on projects, learning to lead high performing teams

• Advanced analytical capabilities with both quantitative and qualitative problem-solving skills
• Exceptional leadership qualities in managing teams, driving change, and collaboratively achieving ambitious goals
• High professional integrity and good relationship builder
• Highly motivated, with a strong personal drive and ambition
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Entrepreneurial spirit and a keen interest in contributing to a growing team
